The Colonial House 1893 SANTIAGO DE CUBA is located in the heart of the city, in the historic center. Very central, close to the charismatic and full of life Calle Enramadas and Parque Céspedes (200m away). A few minutes (on foot) from the most important museums, places of interest, banks, shops, restaurants, pedestrian streets, parks and squares. Although life bustles fast a short distance away, the house is on a very quiet street where staying is a pleasure full of tranquility.

It is a majestic colonial house, built in the 19th century. It maintains its original architectural style and preserves period furniture (among which the coffered ceiling in the hall-hall stands out, alluding to Masonry). Beautiful interior structures and wooden ceilings, high struts, original floors (19th century mosaics)... And all this preserved and maintained thanks to the help of local restorers and potters.
Its beautiful interior patio stands out, intimate and cool, with fruit trees. A place to have breakfast or dinner outdoors and -between meals- a perfect corner to relax and taste a Creole coffee. There is a terrace with views of the bay and the city.

Good rooms, quiet and clean. They all have a private bathroom and air conditioning. They are equipped with A/C, fans, 110V and 220V electricity, safe, hair dryer and access to the patio and terrace. All rooms are on the ground floor, so they are suitable for elderly people, families with very young children or people with mobility problems.

Gastronomy
1.- Breakfast: good and varied (continental type). An excellent and very natural breakfast (we flee -as far as possible- from industrial foods), the best way to start the day. We recommend booking it together with the accommodation.
2.- Lunch and dinner: family cuisine, traditional flavors. We take care of the details and we strive to make our dishes a delight. Creole flavor recipes and also international cuisine. Fresh, seasonal and market products. Good portions and generous garnish with very attractive and competitive prices.
